Great vapor production, but that is pretty much it. Useless and slow responds from their customer service, and horrible handling times.

battery responsive- easy puffs, lasts a decent time and can be charged very quickly using the express charger . it takes my standard battery one hour to charge from dead - excellent. plenty of good vapour. flavours are clean and cartimsers last well enough, this of course is dependant on your taste and how you "puff" i would like to think i am average - i do not take "puffs" like they do in some of the videos you see , trying to impress with the vapour . i used to smoke about 20 a day and expect to use a cartimser and a half a day , i think i "puff" more often than i did when smoking . quality of product and how it performs is very good . no issues with cs or del speed , i have found both very good .
